Xiaomi reveals its new Android Custom skin update MIUI 12 yesterday 27th April,2020 and is now available for testers to test on their device.
However only china version of the ROM has been pushed out for Internal testers now, You can only install if you have an official china beta Internal tester account, But if you have an unlocked bootloader of your device you can install it from a custom recovery now.
It's Been Stated by MI that almost all of there devices will be getting the update.
and updates will be pushed in Batches as we saw in MIUI 10 and 11.
